Review: On December 29th I ordered online and paid for with my credit card, a garment from the "Justthegratefuldead" website. On that same day I received an e-mail from the company confirming the order and payment method.

By January 9th, I had not received the product, nor any further communication about the delivery date or any tracking information. I sent the company an e-mail, using their "contact info" ([email protected]) in which I wrote, "I ordered and paid for this product about a week and a half ago. Can you tell me when I can expect it to be delivered?" I waited until January 13th for a response, at which time I wrote them another e-mail, saying,"I would appreciate reply that takes into consideration your delay in sending the product I ordered and any compensation you will offer to ameliorate the extended wait for delivery. If I do not get one by early afternoon, my next contact will be with the Consumer Fraud Division of the Delaware Attorney General's Office."

I have not received a reply and in the process of contacting the Attorney General's Consumer Fraud DIvision, I saw that they asked if I had yet to contact the Revdex.com, so I am doing so, now.Desired Settlement: Besides the prompt delivery of the order, I appreciate some fair compensation for the delay, the effort to which I've had to go to get some action, and the frustration of dealing with a non-responsive business.

Review: Ordered a shirt. They sent the wrong shirt. I sent it back for the correct shirt. They have failed to deliver my order.

I am so sorry you received the wrong shirt...we must have mixed up your package with someone elses.

Review: I placed an order with justthegratefuldead.com, on September 20th. Since then I have received no information from them, and cannot find a contact number for the business. It is now October 2nd, and I still have not received my order, or had any contact with this company. I also emailed them multiple times during the past few weeks and none have been replied to. I feel that this company has ripped me off, and is dodging any contact with me. I tried their contact number listed on the Revdex.com site, but no one ever answers or replies to messages. This has to be one of the worst online companies that I've ever dealt with on the internet. I should have checked with the Revdex.com before making the purchase, and I now see why they have a "F" rating.Desired Settlement: I would either like the products I ordered, or a full refund (including shipping fees).
