Bought a Truck from these guys that had a bad TPSWas put on a "WE OWE" formdealer is now not paying for the $repair cost (parts and labor)I'm not home enough to get the truck repaired and where I am based out of they only have one automotive place to work on the vehicle and even then I come into that city for maybe hours a week I am a Truck driver so it's hard to get home time or even know when and what dates I will be homeI would advise caution when dealing with these dealers or any of their sister dealerships (Premier Auto Center)Just also submitted a request to the Revdex.com

We SCHEDULED an appointment with Just Trucks @ 6:45 pm on a Friday, a women by the name of [redacted] texted back confirming our appointment and said we must keep our appointment because ALL OF THEIR ATTENTION GOES ON THEIR CUSTOMERS so if we miss our appointment then it affects everyone. We were really serious about buying our first ford transit and she explained they had two of them we could choose from. Well we got there at 6:15 pm (a little early) and a sales man (African American) comes out to greet us. We let him know we had an appointment and we were a bit early. He had no idea who we were or what we were looking for. We told him we had an appointment to see and test drive a ford transit and he started asking if there was anything else we were interested in looking at? Umm no we are looking to purchase a transit. He then says he's not sure if they sent it to get detailed or it may be at their other location that was just ten minutes away (up the street) mind you we are at the Just Trucks on Valencia and Country Club. He then says he will drive my husband and I up there to pick it up so we all get into one of their vehicles and she starts heading towards the freeway. My husband asked where the other location was at and he said Flowing wells. (That's not ten minutes away) anyways my husband proceeds by saying he has never seen a Just Trucks on Flowing Wells and the sales rep says that's because it's not Just Trucks it's at our sister store (Premire Auto) my husband says well that transit isn't there anymore because I pass [redacted] there everyday on my way to work and two days after I saw it the first time I didn't see it again so that's why I called you guys. He drove us all the way down there and circled the parking lot and no ford transit (just like my husband had said) so on the way back to the dealership the sales rep starts continues to be very rude. He asked my husband for the listing price he had saw the transit for and my husband replied $21.9 and the sales rep said YOUR CRAZY IF YOU THINK WE WERE GOING TO SELL IT TO YOU AT THAT PRICE. My husband says well how much do you sell yours for? And he says $27k
My husband said that's a huge difference and the sales rep says" IF YOU FOUND ONE FOR 21.9k THEN WHY DIDNT YOU BUY IT?? My husband replies BECAUSE THE INTERNET SAID YOU ALL HAD IT AT YOUR LOCATION AND THATS WHY WE SET THE APPOINTMENT WITH YOU ALL, but we won't ever come back. The sales rep says GOOD I HOPE YOU NEVER DO!!!! So with that being said I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY AND ESPECIALLY THAT SALES REPRESENTATIVE (don't remember his name but he's a African American man mid to late 30's) very rude and sarcastic. No wonder why that location was lonely and no one in there. He was also driving like a maniac, I was in the back seat and he was making sharp hard turns where I was hitting my shoulder and head against the door panel every time he made a sharp turn (because he was mad) at one point he turned so hard my phone and purse went flying to the other side of the backseat. He didn't have to be so mean and put his customers in danger just because he was having a bad day or just doesn't have very good customer service. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE I KNOW THERE AND I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER EVER GO BACK TO JUST TRUCKS!!!!! My husband and I know a lot of people and I will be sure to tell everyone I know via social media and by mouth how we were treated and lied to.

They Are nothing but LIERS....We signed all of the documents and delivered our downs payment vehicles at a week later for one and another week later for the other while all the time they claim that they never had the financing for us to buy the truck. They claim that they were trying to reach us for the whole time that we have had the vehicles but when we dropped off each of the vehicle first time we spoke to the manager that assisted in the sale and the second time we spoke and delivered the trade in vehicles keys and nothing was said at that time either. Now three weeks later they want the truck back due to financing issues. We have not been contacted once during this time frame to return the truck until today. THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD RECOMMEND THS PLACE TO ANYBODY FOR A VEHICLE.
