A scam
This company is a complete scam. They do not take 5-7 days to ship your product, as advertised. They first take several weeks to make it. To expedite it is an additional cost. My ring came over three weeks after ordering, and it doesn’t fit my husband at all. They told me I could “exchange” it for an additional $60. They refused to return it because I didn’t specifically say the word “return” when I contacted them about it not fitting.

Review: I originally ordered a ring (1 x COI Cobalt Chrome Ring - JT1700 (JT1700) = US$159.95 size 8.5 US. Order Number: [redacted]) from COI titanium jewelry on March 17th. Since it was my wedding ring, my wife, [redacted] paid for the ring. I am writing this email on her behalf. The estimated shipping time for the order was 7-15 business days. I did not receive the package until April 11th, nearly 4 weeks after the order date. When I received the ring, I tried it on and found that it was way too small to fit my finger. I went to a [redacted] and found that the ring was only a size 7 3/4, not the 8 1/2 I ordered. I called COI Titanium the next week during normal business hours and nobody ever picked up the phone. I called the next day around 9pm and spoke with [redacted]. I spoke with [redacted] for an hour during which she told me that they would never send the wrong ring size and that I probably ordered the wrong size. After I finally convinced her that the ring was not correctly sized, she told me the since it was COI Titanium's fault that a rush delivery of the resized ring would be provided. She told me that she was going to send me an email in the next few days and all I needed to do was follow the instructions. This email never arrived. I called back a few days later and left a message stating that I was not happy with the customer service. After not receiving a call back, I decided that it might be better for me to have email contact. I sent an email to [redacted] (the contact found on the website). I told them of my issue and that my wedding was only two weeks away. I told them that I thought they should do everything in their power to correct the issue and get me the correctly sized ring by my wedding date at no charge to me (since it was their error). I also provided two pictures: one of the ring on the ring size stick and one with me wearing a ring sized 8 1/2. I received a response from [redacted] who stated that I should send the ring back to Japan using ground shipping to save myself money. I continued to have email contact with [redacted] for the next two weeks. I told her that I was concerned that if I sent it regular ground shipping, that I would not receive the ring by my wedding date and that I thought they should pay for the shipping to correct their mistake. Her next email stated that they were going to send me a different ring to use at my wedding. I told them that I was not happy with this solution as I wanted the ring I got married in to be the ring I was going to wear for the rest of my life, not just some loaner ring. I continued to tell them that I was completely upset with every step of the process with COI Titanium: the delivery took longer than stated, the product I was given was not the right thing, and the customer service was refusing to make the situation better. She told me that they would not give me a refund for the ring and she circled back stating that they do not send the wrong ring size and that I probably ordered the wrong size. Again I sent her an email with the pictures showing that in fact the ring was not correctly sized. I also stated in that email that I wanted to speak with her manager. Again she told me that she would not accept a return. I sent her five more emails asking for her manager's information and every time she refused to give me her manager's information. Finally, she did not return my email. After having spent weeks dealing with COI Titanium without any sort of viable resolution, my wedding was only a week away and I was forced to go to another jeweler to get a ring that I liked that would fit my finger. I have just now returned from my honeymoon and this explains the delay in my complaint. COI Titanium Jewelers nearly ruined my wedding and I am incredibly unhappy with every single step of the process. Ultimately, I ordered a product from this company and they were unable to deliver the product to me, while also refusing to give me a refund. This is not the way to do business.Desired Settlement: I am incredibly upset with COI Titanium and I am very upset that it had to come to this point. Really all I want is a refund of my order (plus the extra $10 they charged after the fact to engrave the ring). However, I almost feel as if asking for just this enables them to continue this process as there is no different final result to their bottom line. Thus, I am asking for a refund ($159.00 +$10 for engraving) plus an extra $100 to cover the rush price charged to me to get an acceptable ring from a different jeweler in time for my wedding. This equals a total of $269.00.

Review: I ordered a ring from JustTungsten.com. They have two wood inlay tungsten rings they sell online. When my ring arrived it was the wrong wood inlay tungsten ring. I contacted JustTungsten and they stated to me I was wrong. So I took pictures of the two wood inlay rings they sell online and the one they sent me. These pictures proved they sent me the wrong ring. After multiple emails they finally agreed to give me the correct ring but stated I would have to send back the ring I currently had in my possession, they would have to receive it, then it would take them another few weeks to create the new ring. That's almost a month time frame so I declined and asked for a refund. I sent the ring back. They stated they would pay for shipping but I never received the payment in my account. They also never gave me a refund so I called my credit card company and had them remove the charge.

This business is a bunch of crooks. They had horrible customer service personnel that wouldn't help me on the phone or through email, but instead argued that I should just accept the incorrect ring they sent. I never received my money back for shipping or a refund even though I sent the ring back.Desired Settlement: My credit card company gave me a refund for the purchase price (even though I sent the ring back) but I didn't get a refund for the ring or shipping through JustTungsten. I sent JustTungsten an emailed picture of the mail receipt so they would know it had been shipped and the amount I paid. I want a change in their policy. They should not be allowed to treat customers poorly, not refund them if THEY sent the wrong product, and not pay for it to be shipped back since THEY sent the wrong product.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a ring for my wedding over a month ago. When it finally shipped, 3 weeks after I ordered, I was given a bogus shipping confirmation. I have complained to the company several times & the only explanation I got was that it is held up in customs. After I asked for assistance/ stated my concerns (since the ring will not have arrived in time for my wedding) all I was told was to contact my local post office. Ridiculous!

Review: My partner ordered two of the same ring from Just Titanium. These rings were for a special occasion. One ring was for me and one was for her, mine a size 6 in a gift wrapped box and hers a size 6.5 without the gift wrapping. We received a package (an envelope) containing just my gift wrapped ring. First complaint would be the fact that the ring came in an envelope not a box, seems a bit silly to send over 200 dollars worth of product lose in an envelope...and the major complaint is the fact we only received one of the rings. It was very upsetting to both her and I to come to find that we were not going to be able to celebrate this occasion. My partner followed up by calling and emailing. She received no phone call in return but an email from a [redacted], apologizing for the inconvenience stating that there was an issue with the QA inspection and that the second ring would be sent. We have yet to receive the second ring and when we requested the tracking number we were given no response. Concerned that we are out 220 some dollars and a ring, very upsetting. Not only was our special occasion dampened but that lack of care and empathy we received from Just Titanium pushes us to not want the rings period. It would be nice to at least have some follow up and it would be especially nice to have the confidence that we will be receive a full refund upon our request.Desired Settlement: both rings and not charged for the one that was not initially delivered or a full refund.

Review: We ordered wedding rings on April **, 2014 on-line.

COI Jewelry provided a USPS tracking number that does not exist.

COI Jewelry advertise that payment is made through paypal but paypal has no record of the transaction based on the receipt received.

We called customer support, there is no live person only a computer generated message.

The rings were to be delivered last week.

Our initial complaint was that Just Tungsten was not responding to us, the products (wedding rings) were overdue. We received the rings weeks after, one accidentally fell onto the hardwood floor the next day, the stone fell out. The stone fell out within 24 hours of receipt of the rings. We returned the rings per their instruction. We still have not been reimbursed for the rings by Just Tungsten.

Review: We ordered wedding bands from this company, only it now goes by the name "Coi Jewelry" The rings arrived and were both too big and the colour of mine was too dark, so we sent them back to be resized and for mine to be platinum coated. "[redacted]" told us the rings would be adjusted and shipped back within 10 business days. It's been six weeks. I emailed back-and-forth and kept being told, every week for three weeks, "the order is being sent this week." We finally received the package ... with only one ring ... the week before we leave the country for good. We've now been told that the other ring won't arrive until the day before our wedding, we won't be here. "[redacted]" refuses to take any responsibility, but will send out a replacement ring with express shipping at $25, which we're being forced to pay. We've tried to reason with this company, but they've stopped answering our phone calls and are holding our ring at ransom. We've spent $800 on this order so far.Desired Settlement: A replacement ring at no extra shipping cost.

Review: I ordered a ring from this company on approx. December **, 2013. The money approx. $300 Canadian had to be paid immediately through Pay Pal. I paid for over night courier which did not happen and I had to drive 100 miles (includes both ways) to pick the ring up from the courier company. I complained and the company did reimburse me for $17. However the ring was not what I ordered (had no platinum coating) and it had to go back. When I decided on this company the website states it is in Valley Cottage, NY however my ring had to go back to Hong Kong. I inquired over several weeks and came home one day to find that the ring had been placed by my door by regular mail and not the courier which I had paid for. They reimbursed me for over charges. Well when I got this ring it was also not what I ordered. The size and width were incorrect. Both times the company was sent pictures of the ring. This time, I did again what their customer service advised in an email which was send the ring back to Hong Kong by air mail. That was in February. Since then I have inquired on countless times has to where is my ring. The company then wanted to see a custom declaration and proof of mailing. I sent them the Canada Post receipt but it was not required to do a custom declaration has the ring simply went in a small letter envelope. I kept getting the same email stating that they wanted a custom declaration even though I told them there was no requirement in Canada for one on a small letter envelope. I phoned the company 5 times last week and sent an email every day. You never reach anyone you simply get a voice mail message. They finally responded after 2 weeks and all I keep hearing is when the ring arrives in Hong Kong we will let you know. It is a safe bet that by now the ring has been lost in the mail - it was mailed in February. If the company's website had stated that returns were to be sent to Hong Kong I would have never dealt with them. I thought it was New York because that is what the website states and the emails from the company. The website also states 100% satisfaction guarantee. I am not even 5% satisfied with this company. The company did offer for me to purchase a new ring at an additional cost of approx. $100 US which is just not acceptable. I have tried my best to get this resolved and I am now hoping you can help. I should have checked your site at the onset has I seen other complaints filed on this company.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded or the ring that I ordered with the correct size/platinum coating and engraving.
