Review: I ordered a dress for myself and one for my daughter and a tie for my husband and infant. They were intended ( and seller knew this) for Christmas day for the family to all match and were my Christmas presents to my family. I chose to spend a bit more than normal on this thinking I am supporting a work at home mom and and small business. My dress was not sized properly despite me sending my measurements. It was entirely too small to even try on. Both my dress and my daughter have threads everywhere sticking out everywhere on the inside and outside of the dress. My dress also has a gap/hole under each arm where the material was clearly not sewn together properly leaving this gap. The ties I ordered for husband and son, she told me she made ( after I received them she told me how she had used an infant pattern off the internet) They are store bought! I found tags saying made in China and a brand name tag on them. The infant tie is the same as the adult tie. Same size. She only cut the end off and resewed it and thereby ruining it with uneven stitching and it is falling apart and threads sticking out everywhere off of it. The ties are also not the material or pattern that I ordered.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the entire order due to the poor quality and workmanship and not getting custom clothing as I ordered, and her not even making the ties, despite claiming to do so.
