Review: I ordered a jacket on December [redacted]. Unbeknownst to me the product I ordered was told to me by the designer on December [redacted] it WILL NOT be the exact jacket I ordered but something similar.I stated that was something that should have been disclosed because it was established by both parties the jacket I wanted before I paid my invoice. When I asked for my money back I was told I couldn't get refunded due to labor and material being purchased.On December [redacted] I inquired about the tracking number of the jacket because I was told Saturday December [redacted] New Years Eve orders should be shipped out, yet and still I hadn't received a tracking number. The designer said my order was still being made and to be patient however he told me he was doing orders according to PRIORITY whether than by first come first serve basis because I wasn't a celebrity.However he reassured me I will definitely have it before New Years Eve. On December [redacted] the designer stated ALL NEW YEARS EVE orders would be sent out via [redacted] on Friday December [redacted] and now it is December [redacted] and I still do not have the tracking number to a product that is not even the item I really wanted.I wanted my money back because the service was HORRIBLE and the item I wanted was not as described. Also the designer has been unprofessional and Iwas being FORCED to receive a product I really did not want not to mention was not being sent in a timely fashion as agreed therefore breaching the purchase of sale.He was veryrude and incompetent about professionalism. Regardless of you spending your hard earned money with him to make you clothing if you are not a celebrity on television he will get to you when he feels like it because you are not famous.He is star struck and it shows in his work ethic.Desired Settlement: My money refundable

Review: I first saw Business Owner/Designer [redacted] designs online via [redacted] and also notice we had a mutual friend which turned out to be his sister....On December** 2014, I purchased a “Black Leather and Lace Body Suit” Custom Ordered from the website ‘http://www.justdramatik.com’ for $125.00, I send my payment through [redacted] along with my measurements. Since the product I ordered was custom ordered I understand it would take approximately 10 days according to the website. I've contacted the Business Owner ([redacted]) numerous times about not receiving my product through various methods (text, [redacted], Email, by phone, text and phoned his sister since she is a mutual friend of mine). Each time the Business Owner would say "I am still working on the product" "remember it is custom ordered". On ** December the Business Owner sister contact me on behalf of him to let me know he ran out of material to make the product I ordered and they will need to alter the "top" somewhat. I was fine with altering the product to the designs they showed me through [redacted]. I contacted the Owner several times using the same methods as stated above and again was given the run around. On ** December I travel to [redacted]. Since I was in the same vicinity as the Business I contacted the Owner and told him " where I were and I can picked up the product directly from him the next day" He replied with " that will be no problem". The next day I called him he did not answer his phone, finally I texted him and he apologized and said he will send me a tracking number once he shipped it to my address in[redacted]. ** December 2014 I received a tracking number for the product. I returned home from [redacted] on the ** December and the product was waiting for me at the front door. Once I open the packet I was disappointed right away, the product was not what I initially ordered, and it was a totally different design minus the alteration. I try the top on and it did not fit, even though this was a custom order and my measurements was given to the Owner same day as payment was sent. Immediately I contacted the Owner with my disappointments and sizing of the product, he stated “Well I'm in ** I don't know what to do I can send a few pieces for the inconvenience, I don't have the money to refund I lost money even doing custom order" I replied stating "I will mail the top back it’s not what I ordered and it can't fit me. I took pictures and send it to him displaying the top is not a match for my body mass. On the [redacted] January I mailed the top (product) back to him, he stated he received it on the [redacted] January. He text me numerous photos of different designs but never send me an exchange, which I was waiting for. Since then I contacted him and he had excuse after excuse on why I didn't receive an exchange. On ** January I contacted him via text message and ask him to refund my $125.00. In one text he said he will and in others he said "I will not get my refund back" he told me 'to go to[redacted]' and many other profane things I rather not mention. I could not believe he was responding this way, he was very unprofessional and rude. His customer service is horrible unless you are a celebrity he does not take you seriously. He designs and sews materials for celebrities in the industry. He has no regard for my hard earn income. I will like to get my refund since I’ve no merchandise to show where my money was spend on. His bi-polar attitude , work ethic, unprofessionalism and inconsideration for other people money speaks volumes on this Business practices.Desired Settlement: I will like [redacted] to refund me my $125.00 through[redacted], check, or any means that is easy for him. I do not have the merchandise nor do I have an exchange.
