I was recommended to Justen Plumbing by my Realtor On July 10th *** Justen from Justen's Plumbing came out to turn off the water and remove the kitchen sink so that granite counter tops could be installed We are in the process of selling our home and we were upgrading the kitchen He informed me that I should buy a new faucet through him as he could save me money by passing on the wholesale price I went online and found a faucet Delta B4310LF Whole Sale price $ The following day he installed the faucet Today when I received my receipt, *** had charged me $ I questioned the charge and when I asked him to show me proof of what he paid for the faucet, re refused to share the price with me
He did not leave me a receipt so I requested one today In reviewing his bill today, he charged me for a service fee, labor and a mileage fee on top of an enormous mafee for a faucetHe didn't have the correct part the day of installation so he had to return to h

I am rejecting this response because:The information provided by *** Justen is incorrectHe asked me if I wanted him to install a new faucet and I replied yes, I will be going to Menard's to pick one out to which informed me I would pay more a cheaply made faucet and that he could provide at wholesale He suggested I go online, give him the brand and model number and text it to him, as I did I didn't ask him the price because I had already already researched the price It is clear by his explanation that he felt he could overcharge me due to me not inquiring about the priceA note: when I asked him to share his cost of the faucet he informed me that he does not give out that price Anyone can go online and get the wholesale price so clearly he knew I understood how he had deceived me, He should take notes, as the plumber today didn't charge me to fix the faucet and was humble enough that he didn't want his company named This evening, I had another plumber come in and take out and re-install the faucet because *** failed to lock the connector in place before clamping it and water was spraying everywhere He should take notes, as the plumber today didn't charge me a service charge, mileage or labor to fix the faucet He said whoever installed it was either in a hurry or did not have knowledge of the proper installation Again, I will ask for the difference in cost of the faucet of $plus the labor for installing a faucet as it was not installed incorrectly of $140.00, totaling $ Charging $for removing a sink, and installing a faucet at a inflated cost is not only deceptive but wrong If he fails to do this, I will write a review on on this website and other's to inform the public not to trust his word, work and to ask about the cost before you allow him to even come out

I went to the house as described on july to remove the sink, for which I charged $(My minimum fee per call includes $trip charge + 1/hr labor ) I asked if she would want a new faucet installed with the new countertopsshe said she didI gave her the option of purchasing herself
(either online or at a store), or buying it through mei never told her that I would sell her the faucet at wholesale pricethat is not my practice!!! at 9:08am on the 10th I received a text from *** letting me know that she wished to order a delta faucet B4310LF in Statnless steel finishshe did not ask for a price on the faucet, she just asked me to order itlater that day she asked me to come back the next day at 7amI told her that the faucet would not be in until later the next afternoonwe set an appointment for 7am WednesdayOn Wednesday morning I installed the faucet, installed basket strainers, and had to rework the drain a little bit.Charges on Wednesday where $trip charge, hour labor $140, in misc parts (basket strainers, Supply lines, and direct waste with dishwasher branch) and for the faucetI was never asked for a price quote until the end when it was time to settle the bill.yesterday, I received a text asking for a detailed receipt, that I promptly sent via emailit was only then that there seemed to be a dispute over the bill, as well as a complaint that there was a leakI responded, that I would be happy to take care of any leaks that she might be going onto which she did not seem to want to address, only the matter of the price of the faucet

I am sorry that things have come to this. Unfortunately the cost of the faucet was not discussed in detail until after installation. The customer was given various options for purchase of the faucet. The customer informed me of make and model desired of the faucet and asked me to order it. I ordered it from my vendor. My purchase price for the faucet was more than the online price that customer claims ($116). I purchase my product from a reputable local plumbing supply house. The desired faucet needed to be shipped overnight from a distribution center to make it available when needed. I purchased the desired faucet and installed the faucet. Five days after installation customer asked for detailed receipt as well as mentioned possible leak. I provided detailed receipt immediately. I offered to come and fix any necessary items. I was not given the opportunity to come out and address any issues with installation. The final bill did include the service fee, labor costs, travel costs as well as the cost of parts.
