were told by the company that their rule is that if the required documentation is not received in a timely manner, that they only will go back 30 days from the date received.As you can see with the enclosed copies of e-mail, the insured was asked if she had completed the course and if so, that we would need the documentation. It was not sent to us until several months later at which time we requested the discount. The company also has notes regarding our calls to them. We did everything possible to satisfy the customer. Any disputes should be directed to National General at [redacted]. Policy #[redacted]. Thank you.
