I recently purchased a used vehicle from Justice Auto Sales and wanted to warn others that might be thinking about buying a car from this business to bewareI was told by the gentleman that sold me the car that it was a good running car and that if I incurred any problems with the vehicle that they would work with me to fix itWell, the first day I got the car it stopped on meI took it to get an oil change and the men doing the oil change had to push the car manually off to the side so they could take care of their other customersI called them and they came to the location and told me that the reason the car stopped on me was because there was a button in the trunk of the car that turns the gas line off when its knocked aroundThinking that my problem was solved I took his word for it only to have it stop on me again repeatedlyI later found out that it was the fuel pumpThe men that were trying to change the oil had told me that this was the problem and I thought so tooIve had the fuel pump go out on other vehicles that I owned and it seemed like thats what was going onThe guy from Justice Auto assured me that there was nothing wrong with the car but the switch in the trunk just kept turning off the gas line when the car runs over a bump or somethingI had to keep calling them repeatedly because the car kept stopping on me leaving me strandedAfter they finally admitted that it was indeed the fuel pump they asked me to pay half on the repairs and purchase of the fuel pumpI reluctantly agreed, the same day that I got the car back from them installing a new fuel pump it stopped again leaving me stranded When it stopped on me this time it was at night and I had to leave the car on the streetThe next day I called and told them what happened and he said that he would go to the location of the car and find out what the problem wasBy the time he finally decided to take a look at the vehicle the police had towed it to the city tow lotI went to get the vehicle out of the tow yard and the men working there tried to get it started without any luckWhile at the tow lot I had someone to come to check the battery and alternator to see if they were the problemI did this because it was not responding to the jump and the battery light kept coming onThe mechanic said that it was a bad alternatorThe guy from Justice finally comes to the tow lot and brings a new batteryHe stated that I must have left something on and this made the battery run downThis was not true and even if I did the charging up of the battery would of taken care of thatIt seemed like dealing with this car was gonna drive me to a breakdownI did not get a chance to drive it one day without it stopping on meThey tried to make it seem like they were interested in helping me with any problems with the car but they didn't return my callsThis car was the worst car that Ive ever boughtI expected to have some problems but it was just one thing after another with this vehicle and they are very slow about trying resolve problems with the vehicleI will never ever buy another vehicle from them and would warn anybody else who may be thinking about it not toI dont think they do anything to these vehicles that they getBuying a car from this business was one of the worst decisions I have ever madeIm very angry and disappointed because I tried to be as patient with them as I could and they kept reassuring me that this was a good car but it sure didn't seem like it to meIf it indeed was a good car it seem like it would've ran without one thing after another for at least a little while

This email is regarding the recent complaint that was filled against our businessOn November 1, [redacted] sold a Acura to [redacted] On November 8,she called stating that the vehicle needed a tie rod, she went and got the tie rode fixedJustice Auto LLC agreed to pay half of the work for the tie rodAlthough we sale used cars AS IS, NO REFUND, NO WARRANTY we also paid for a wheel alignment as wellAfter Justice Auto LLC paid there portion for the tie rod and the wheel alignment later on that evening Mrs [redacted] called stating that the car was overheatingMr [redacted] told her that at that time there was nothing that we can do because it was after business hours and wait until the next morning at 10:00am and he would speak to the owner and see what all parties would come up withAfter speaking to the owner Mr [redacted] gave Mrs [redacted] a call and told her to come to Justice auto LLC at1:00pmShe neglected to make the appointment or call to rescheduleAlthough she did not come to the scheduled appointment Justice Auto LLC took it amongst ourselves to call Wisconsin mufflers where we get most of our cars inspected and see how much a new radiator would costWisconsin mufflers quoted us $for the labor and radiator exchange quoted us $for a brand new radiator She came later in the day she proceeded to tell Mr [redacted] that she told another auto shop to fix the car, and demanded $Mr***'s response was that we were going to suggest to her that Wisconsin mufflers would fix her car in a cost efficient manner which would have been less than she paid forShe made threats of suing us and calling the news on usThat was our last time speaking with Mrs [redacted] Sincerely, Justice Auto LLC 6027A W Villard Ave ###-###-#### [redacted]
