*** *** moved and installed a new gas furnace and A/C until contracted from ***It was a big job as 95% of the existed duck work had to be replacedHe did the worst install that anyone could have possible ever doneAll the duck work was installed incorrect in so many ways, and the system neither heated nor cooled the house He also failed to stop the insulation in the walls from being sucked into the furnace’s return when he cut a new return whole in the floorThis caused the heat exchange to crack! Now the entire unit is condemned a needs to be replaced, it is less than years oldHe also failed to install required fire safety components and then never called for the final inspection from the townNeedless to say as it would have never passed inspectionThe only silver lining in this epic fail is that *** had to actually stand behind the installAfter the first year of my husband and I calling *** and complaining that the system does not work, they finally sent someone out to inspect itOur thoughts were confirmed and all the duck work was installed incorrectly to say the least*** corrected at least most of what was installed wrong, but they did not add the second return that was listed as missing, which was in fact neededThey have since installed the second returnI fear where we would be at this point in time if we hired *** directly, and not through ***We would have a non-working heating A/C system and be out the $13,we spent to replace the old system, as we would have to pay someone to reinstall and fix the mess that *** created Stay far, far, away from *** *** for anything, I would not let chance a light bulb in my house!

Review: On Sunday, December [redacted] 2015 I placed two orders with the popular clothing company known as Justice during their "50% off sale." The money for both orders was taken out of my account and showed it was "pending." On Tuesday, December [redacted] I received two emails (one email per order) that my order was cancelled because it could not be fulfilled due to all of the items being out of stock. I soon got another email that was sent to alert their customers about another sale that they were having. Upon returning to their website I discovered that several of the items that they had claimed were out of stock were very much available for purchase, but their prices had increased. It is my opinion that they were either dishonest about the items being out of stock so that they didn't have to sale them for the listed price, or that they are out indeed out of stock but they are continuing to take money for items that they do not have. My money has not been refunded and I have emailed them with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like the items that I have purchased or my money back that I paid for those items.

Review: I called [redacted] with a promotional code that expired April **. The representative informed me that I did not have to place an order that day my promotional code would still be valid and I could use it anytime as long as it wasn't used. I called back to use it the beginning of May and was told that it was no longer valid. The gentleman had to speak with his [redacted] and I would receive a call with 24 to 48 hours later. I did not receive a phone call I called them after waiting 72 hours. I spoke with a representative who told me that my request has been denied. I spoke with the [redacted] who barely spoke English and informed me that she would give me free shipping for the inconvenience. I informed her that the promotion going on right now was free shipping so therefore she was not doing anything for me. She then offered me a gift card for $20. Again I told her that did not come close to the promotion that I previously was told I could use. She then told me there was nothing else she could do. I explained to her that all phone calls are recorded I wanted her to go back and listen to them. She informed me that she was well aware that they are recorded but there was nothing else she could do I told her I would be getting in touch with the Revdex.com and she informed me that that was fine she did not seem concerned. I was told two different things by customer service neither one were true. Not only did I not receive my great promotion. But I also did not receive a phone call back like I was told. This is poor customer service is also false informationDesired Settlement: I want my promotion that I was told I would receive which was $25 off my entire purchase free shipping plus an additional 50% off and I do still have my original promotion card that was sent to me as proof

After the email cancelling part of the order on 10/**/14, I was then charged a second time for the pair of jeans that I would not be receiving. I spoke with 4 different people the second of which stated that we could make a 3-way call to my bank. However, I was disconnected from her. When I called in again, they were unable to transfer me back to her since she never gave me her name. The first person on the second call repeatedly explained that the charges were just pending. The amount that should have been a credit(whether it is depending or not) should not be another pending debit 2 days later upon receiving the email that I would not be receiving the aforementioned jeans. As of right now I have charges for 9 pairs of jeans after ordering 8 and have an invoice and email showing that I am going to receiving 7.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund from both charged amount corrected and if I incur any overdrawn charges, that they will pay for that as well.

Review: Purchased product on January **,2015, which was a boot, she wore a couple of times and the boots still looks new. however, I realized now that it's time to wear the boots that they're too little. I ordered a size 9 and this size number is engraved on the bottom of both boots. However, the inside of the boots says size 8. I have asked for an exchange for the correct size that I originally ordered, which was a size9, and they refuse.

Review: I ordered a e-gift card online from Justice Clothing in October. After about a week I was informed that the e-gift never arrived to my family member. We called Justice a couple of times who told us to check our spam/junk folders. We did that and still were unable to receive it. I called back and gave them a different email address and they told me it would take awhile to complete. A month later I found an email from Justice in my junk folder asking me to call because there would be no way to resend the email for the e-gift card. I called back requesting it to be refunded and they told me to wait 5-10 days for it to show in my account. It did not arrive and I called back. Again I was told to wait 5-10 days. I waited and once again had to call back where a nice gentlemen told me that it was stuck in the system because it was past their 30 day refund policy but he would call to the refund department and have it fixed and to wait awhile because it could take some time to fix. Now we are in Feb I still have no gift card and no refund.Desired Settlement: I would like Justice to figure out why they cant refund my card and have it refunded as soon as possible.
