Review: The owner [redacted] came to me 6 months and said he would take my case for 500.00, I paid him and no receipt was given nor a contract describing his complete duties and time frame. He made excuses after excuses for over a month. Came back and needed 850.00 more tp continue to obtain a signature with flowers. He took weeks after me being on him to actually take action. Then he said her file was sealed due to an inhouse investigation against workmans comp. Then came back and said signature was expired and needed another one. His GPS on a tracker was broken from another caae and I would have to pay for it before moving forward of $225. I'm already at $1300, no receipts and 6 months of lies. On top of it all, I had a fall out with a mutual friend and he has used my privacy he so call claims against me. This guy lacks of integrity, breach of confidentality, did not perform as regulations state no investigation can remain open over 30 days under his limited licenses. I demand for my money back within 10 days or I will be seeking damages in court up to 3 times what I paid him for his scam.I hired a second Investigator and had the report in 17 days.Desired Settlement: I demand my money back without further delays.
