Closing was convenient for all parties. However, over four months later and Justice Title has not filed the Deed and Deed of Trust. Thus, the seller is still the owner of the property. When I contacted Justice Title regarding this matter, their response was "The documents were rejected from the county because the tax bill needs to be paid." More than two months after the closing, the tax bill was paid but the deed has not been recorded. Justice also failed to pay the water bill or disburse funds to the buyer which had been collected at closing from the seller to cover the water bill payment. Eventually, the water bill was paid late and the seller incurred the 10% late fee for the late payment. As of 10/13/2015, it appears that Justice Title has not fulfilled their responsibilities associated with the June 2015 closing. I've contacted them three times (8/18/15, 9/18/15, and 10/13/15). Based on my experience with Justice Title, I cannot and will not recommend others use their services.
