off on the final walk through of the home with no objections as to what he was getting. He closed on the sale and now owns the house. If there was a $4500 discrepancy, I do not think he would have closed on the property. As stated above, I see no merit in this complaint.

As to the merit of the complaint, I have witnesses as to the promise of an itemized list to be completed during the inspection.
