When they built the fence, they did not call in to have the utility lines marked as required. When they dug out and places the posts, they hit a underground utility line. Instead of making me aware of the issue, they said nothing. The utility company was then called to correct the issue and have sent me a large bill for the repairs. I hired Justin A to build a fence in my house. Total cost of the fecne was $1,900 and he asked for $900 which it was paid with check #*** from my checking account with ***. This happened on Sunday,08/19/18. He was supposed to start with the work on Monday 08/20/18. He texted saying he had his eye glasses broken and he had to wait until he had new ones. He said he would let me know when he can start. He never answered any of the text messages I sent and of course he never answered any of my phone calls.
