*** *** obtained a policy with *** *** Insurance
Company on 07/20/She made a payment to us on 08/29/2017, which was a bill
for July and August. When you are on a
monthly billing plan, anychanges on the
policy will not affectthe billing until
the following month. If
it is a double
bill, the bill must be paid before *** ***'s billing department can rebill and show any changesIn
*** ***'s case there were discounts that she was eligible for on the policy
that came off and increased the premium because required forms were not signed*** ***
will allow time for the forms to be signed and processed before the discounts are
removed from the policy. We do not know
why *** *** did not receive the forms.
The forms were mailed and emailedWe confirmed that her address was
correct. We explained to her that
once the forms were signed and returned, the discounts would be reapplied to the policy
andreflected on her account
We also explained that depending on when the forms were signed and processed, it could take up to two billing
cycles before the discounts show on the account, however, credit would be applied for the time the
discounts were put back on the policyWe have spoken with her several times to
get the issue resolved. We put the
discounts back on, sent the necessary forms to be signed and they need to be
sent back in a timely manner to show on the next billing. This was also explained to *** ***. We have done everything possible to assist *** *** with getting her forms signed, ensuring her discounts are properly applied to her account, and updating her bill
