*** and *** had given a deposit of $upfront on the repair of their 50" Samsung Plasma tv that had no picture and no sound! After almost weeks after I ordered their board from aliexpress a distributor in television parts which is standard coming from out of country as seen above 5-15day shipping with day processing even before it departs, once it arrived I had called *** to set up a time and day I could come out install the board and work on her power supply! When I was finished the tv worked,came on had a great picture with audio(Sound)On the upper part of the screen was a single black line going across the screenMy work had been done and completed power and sound we're back tv turns on and off because of the parts and labor I had done to the power supply and their y board they purchased was installed! I was tho excited it was fixed was unhappy to charge them the full balance $when there is a line in the pictureIt very we'll could be from cable box or the plasma display itself which are very common by an impact or defective display(Common for samsung) especially!i then informed them I would return the board to Hong Kong to aliexpress and get an exchange board sentI informed them of the time it could take or I could write the tv up as a NO FIX if the didn't wish to go any further with the repair she said she would liked to have it fixed they had a spare flat screen they could watch which I then hooked up to cable n set up before I left the house As I inspected the board there did look like cosmetic wear n tear damage to some of the components, I opened a dispute with the company for an exchange board or a refund nI would order from another distribution centerThere time zone is different from here so I didn't hear a respond to 2days later via emailEvery day that went by several times A day would *** and *** take turns calling me everydayEven when they knew delivery could take a week or they would call every day And I would let them know it was ordered I haven't received it yet that when their board would come in I would call them to set up a time to come outThey started filling up my voicemails with "did it come in" "just calling to see if the board came in" "justin this is *** call me and let me know if the board is in" etcEtcSeveral voicemails I have saved which is part of the reason my voicemail can only hold less voicemails because of the ones I haves saved hour apart 10min apart some! Would make my full days very difficult as I'm constantly on the road companies factories bars hotels house calls when in working repairing driving scheduling calls ordering parts or at home with my family and *** and *** are cAllingFinally around the fifteenth phone call between the 2! I told *** I was going to cancel the board order with aliexpress and write the tv up as a no fix! I informed her that a would give her a refund minus the trip charge for coming out, also the shipping I had paid for her board 46.69$ as seen above and the 20.00$ in parts I put in her power supplyShe would get back $her depositShe then put on *** that demanded a full refund and was just irate and yellingI said minus the trip charge n fees I discussed with ***, it seemed she was ok with it but he was notI wasn't even charging her a hourly labor fee (That TV had the same problem years earlier n I could see the work that was done not completely or thoroughly done that company sears charged her $for this same repair it could be that from their half done job that when the y sustain board failed again it could of put that single line in picture before and during it going outI can't see that far as a technician what the picture is going to look like until I sustain the power and get it to come on my work was complete the whole thing and me trying to see it Ais part of my jobIf I would've gotten the new exchange board and installed it and there was still a line it would confirm the panel display of the plasma which would mean my work and parts and board installed is what fixed the tv from having no power no sound! ) the next day I recieved a text from *** defaming my company and name etcI stated if they wanted to go to civil court n dispute the matter it is their right I am ok with thatThey then contacted the Revdex.com and now josh of foxIt is to my knowledge that tv shops get 2,3-bad reviews or court cases etcA year from business n people claiming they broke their tv or it has other problems n they win a tv or settlement in my almost 8years in business this is my second complaint ever to the Revdex.com or to me everI have helped thousands businesses lawyers construction workers cops bars restaurants judges commercial properties and factories owners Johnson n controls etcAll across Milwaukee in a 60mile radiusWhere other shops n tv repair centers would draw the line and wouldn't go out to I doMy name and reputation with my customers supersedes me and means everything to MeMy experience 3rd generation in my family prides me to carry that legacy onIt is a slap to me to demand a full refund when my labor and parts and gas are already spent and put inI would of gladly seen it thru and fixed their tv completely with a new boardAfter this dispute I'll also have to pay a restocking fee I'm sure that's wrong I was at their residents twice and they want a full refundI have over an hour on there floor fixing and diagnosing their tv I paid the shipping and the cost of the new y sustain board and came out when it arrived and they want a full refund! I'm glad someone is stepping in to resolve this matter fairly and without prejudiceI would issue them a refund of $cash or money order on the invoice I provided them with a signature yes YES I wouldI look forward to your reply on how to further resolve this dispute! above I provided some of the conversations I have pages and invoices Nd voicemails and texts for daysThose are some of my records on this job including the distributor I ordered fromI will say this note I have ordered from aliexpress several times over the past few years on different jobs when they had the board and no one else did this is the time out of my parts from them would it be a defective board or damaged in transit working or whatever so this was not my first time ordering from this internationally know distributor
