I failed to show up at the property for We have no contract agreement saying it has to be mowed on a certain timeThe customer was talking about moving and said for me to not come back unless they called me and let me know and the customer always waited til the grass was almost knee high before calling me to come and mow the lawnI messaged the customer stating it would be a later day before I can come out to do it and I never got a response from them so therefore I thought they didn't need my services anymore so I took them off my listAlso the area that we mowed had trash outside and on the ground and never was picked up when we showed up to mow the property.? ? Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: 1.) We had an agreement verbally and with a handshakeLast I known about this, it was considered a verbal contractWe have our entire household as witness and part of your workforce was with you when this agreement was made2-A.) We gave Justin information about our situation on us moving to a different propertyWe said for him to continue mowing as until we gave him a call saying otherwiseWe told him this as he may have wanted to continue mowing for the resident that would have still resided2-B.) We never had contacted Justin to come out and mow as our contract dictated him to come out every two (2) weeks and mowOnly contact was made after the agreement was for 2-ADuring our agreement it was said that mowing as low as you can will be beneficial and even to the extent of killing the grass, as the grass grows substantially3-A.) We have gotten messages in the past from Justin telling us that the agreed upon date was unsuitable for him for that week and asked to rescheduleThese messages have always been replied with a yes3-B.) We have no control over the people who pass by our residence and decide to litterBy living next to a wall of trees we do know that getting other people's trash by littering or weather is common and we take it upon ourselves to pick it up every Saturday as we have that day off
