I ordered 2 gift subscriptions 12/13 for 2 friends. Only one of the gift subscriptions has been received. I've called & e-mailed - no answer!!I placed two gift subscription orders on 12/10/13 and one of them has not yet begun. I and the recipient's mother have tried to contact the magazine several times in the past 7 months - by phone & e-mail. NO RESPONSE. The order numbers are 1358 and 1359. The confirmation e-mail does NOT name who the gifts are for, but one was for Miss [redacted], Colorado Springs, CO, XXXXX and the other was for[redacted] Bertsch, [redacted], Colorado Springs, CO XXXXX. The subscription for [redacted] has never begun and should have begun with the December/January issue. Desired SettlementPlease send [redacted] all back issues she's missed and as a courtesy, extend her subscription another year. She is a young girl and quite disappointed that she has never received this gift.
