I ordered two items from this company and what I received was not the correct items. The description was misleading. I ordered these items on 12-7. In the pictures the ([redacted] #1072) looks black and even staTed that it was black the coat that I received was gray. The ([redacted] # 1064) clearly shows yellow, blue, black, and tan. The item that I received is blue,orange, and brown. I should not have to pay for something that I did not order. Online companies continue to take advantage of consumers and that isn't fair. Upon contacting the company via email the rep agreed that the items were looked different from what they have online in person. Ms. [redacted] initially purchased a [redacted] coat and [redacted] on December 7, 2014, which she promptly received. On December 15, 2014, Ms. [redacted] contacted JustNTyme and stated she was displeased with the items she ordered and she believed our return policy was unfair. The items Ms. [redacted] purchased were the exact items listed on the JustNTyme website, Ms. [redacted] was also informed the items she purchased could be returned to JustNTyme in accordance with the JustNTyme Return/Exchange policy listed at the top of the JustNTyme Homepage, http://www.justntyme.com/ReturnExchange ep 43.html JustNTyme prides itself on providing all of our customers the very best products and customer service. Because of the uniqueness and specific production design of many of the items provided by JustNTyme the return/exchange FAQ Q6 states, "Do you offer refunds or price adjustments? The JustNTyme return/exchange policy clearly states, "JustNTyme does not offer any form of refunds or price adjustments". On December 15, 2015, the same day Ms. [redacted] contacted JustNTyme I quickly responded to her reiterating the JustNTyme return/exchange policy listed on the website to which she replied, "The information that you have on your website is misleading. I have no problem perusing this issue with my lawyer." I have received the returned items from Ms. [redacted], and I look forward to servicing her in the near future. Thanks you once again for bringing this matter to my attention, JustNTyme will continue to do everything possible to ensure Ms. [redacted] and our customers are satisfied to the best of our ability.

JustnTyme fashion did not mark defective on the clearance item or visibly note that the item could not be returned. No one responded to my emails. She/He only responds on [redacted] I have a defective skirt.Product_Or_Service: [redacted] SkirtDesired SettlementI will like to receive an item that is not defective.Business Response I responded to the customer as soon as she emailed me at [redacted]@gmail.com as well as [redacted] The [redacted] Skirt is a brand new product and the customers love it.. The skirt has been reduced to make room for new Spring/summer merchandise.. I regret that the customer wasn't pleased with the skirt...that she filed a complaint with Revdex.com.. I can send her another item for the same price - minus shipping cost .. I have enclosed a copy of a woman wearing the skirt

I had the worst experience and I'm scared to even purchase from online boutiques. okay, I purchased some shades and a party dress that I wanted shipped within 2 business days of me ordering it. I got my order 2 weeks later and I had to pick it up from her house! I called to meet with her and she dropped a bomb on me saying that the color of the item I purchased was sold out so I got a silver dress instead. THAT'S NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I was unhappy but I still took the dress from her. she just threw it in a bag and handed it to me. Once I got home to try the dress on it looked NOTHING like the pictures online. it was see through all over! the dress looked very cheap and I paid $70 for it. I feel ripped off. I didn't let a night go by without letting her know how I felt about this dress. I told her I wanted to exchange it out and she's been slow at returning back to me ever since then. I sent the dress back to her and I had to find other items on the site which honestly I didn't want to do because I said I would NEVER purchase from her again. but since I can't get a refund I'll just have to do that. She won't even accredited my $15 shipment payment. When you try to support a black business they give you horrible customer service. After I receive my items she's lost me as a customer along with others I've warned. She's very unprofessional.Desired SettlementShe's needs to handle her business in a professional way.Business Response The customer insisted she will pick it up instead of having it shipped. The dress is a sheer dress and it was folded up in the bag. I have refunded the customer. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I had to track her down in order to get my package. My first request was to have it shipped to me within 2 business days and again, it took two weeks . That's why I then insisted on meeting her to get my item of clothing. I had a deadline to reach and I couldn't afford to wait any longer. But it's no harm done now . I got a refund and bought a better looking dress elsewhere since she was slow with wanting to do an exchange with me. Very unprofessional. I'm just stretching this issue so she can learn to be a better CEO and to run her company better . Maybe then she'll get and keep loyal customers. Don't ever bite the hand that feeds YOU. Unfortunately, she's lost me and a few others I've warned as customers due to this incident.

I ordered a dress and paid extra money for next day delivery and I still do not have my merchandise 3 days later.I ordered a dress on 2/18/26 for 53.00 and I paid 26.87 extra for next day delivery but I have not received my merchandise and I have not received any correspondence from the company. I sent the company two emails as that is the only way to contact them but again I have not gotten a response. This is poor customer service and false advertising because the company did not do what they advertise to do.Desired SettlementI WANT MY MONEY BACK IF I CAN'T GET MY MERCHANDISE AND I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!
