Review: I orderd a juicer from them. the description said "New Other - May be opened package or missing packaging, have signs of handling". I chose this over the others that said "refurbished" as I did not want a used item. They promised a discount when signing up with email. the codes provided were expired. they did refund the 5% after two emails. Site said free shipping but they said that was no longer current. they promised delivery in 2-10 days and a tracking number. I did not get a tracking number for 10 days and was told not to worry if it was lost USPS would reimburse them. It finally arrived after 18 days of waiting. The parts were rattling around in the box, the item was obviously used and old. there was no manual and no warranty. I could have purchased a new one with a discount coupon for the same cost. I only bought from them because they had a red model and I preferred that color. I sent them an email and said I wanted my money back as it looks like they found this in a garage sale and cleaned it up and shipped it to me. they asked if I read the description and offered me $20. I paid a little more than 300 for a used juicer that is probably two years old. I have already waited 20 days while they had my money and I had no juicer. I do not want to wait another 20 days for my money back.Desired Settlement: Either a discount of $100 or for them to send UPS to pick it up and refund my entire purchase price plus shipping so I can go to a reputable vendor and purchase a juicer.
