I would never recommend this company for any type of school or organizational travelI did use them in for a school long distance tripWhen the 'bus' arrived it was not the full charter that I requested but a mini-party bus which the owner, J***, felt would be sufficient for the trip (in spite of a quote and contract for a full charter)Because we could not fit our students and supplies on this party bus and were unable to find alternate travel he did finally (hours later) supply a full size charterHe even apologized upon our return for the mwhich is the only reason I opted to use the company again for the same trip this past school yearAgain, documented quote, e-mail correspondence, contract etcfor a full charter in addition to my thinking that we had already cleared up any issues or miscommunication from the prior year and what does he show up with--a party bus! Another extremely stressful, uncomfortable trip via a mode of transportation suited for a 2-hour jaunt around town and not a hour excursion across the country He stated to me and my superiors that he did not recall the written correspondence specifically requesting a quote for a full size charter (even after I e-mailed him another copy of it) and even told me ''My bus, my rules", this of course after he had already been paid prior to the pick up dateUnprofessional, untrustworthy, discourteous (after he gets his money) and a mistake I will never make again
