I am rejecting this response because: Actually they came out approximately 5 times to tuck the liner in when it was initially installed. To me it appears that only tucking in the places it pops out isn't a permanent fix. I'm not giving them another penny of my money so they either need to honor their warranty or they are going to be taken to court. Also I'd like to see the terms on the warranty that states that they need to open/close the pool for a warrantee to remain valid as they claim I never signed anything with that stipulated......that was never communicated when I was paying them to install the liner.

When we install a liner we warrant liner...

coming out of the track for 2 years as long as we service the pool....when we installed this liner last year all was great through the season and then until he opened the pool this year ....We didn't open it....We don't know where the water level was when he opened the pool...We did go and tuck the liner back in track free of charge but now he is requesting we install bead lock and there is a charge for that which he is not wanting to pay for...So in closing if he wants bead lock installed the charge is 275.00 as it would be if he bought it with his liner.Bryan
