Dear Revdex.com,
As we all know, change can be scaryWhen we updated our system, there was some push back to the new dashboard as to be expectedHowever we are always here for our customers that are having issues and try to guide them through the
process to better understand the new system and utilize the equipment
When Mrs*** was in the process of updating her own backend she had submitted numerous tickets that were all responded to even after profanity was used a multitude of timesAfter trying multiple times to understand what errors were occurring (with no direct response or reason) we called her number on file with no answerThen a Facebook message was placed on our wall with more profanityAt this point I reminded *** that she had been using our service for four months and that our return policy clearly states that we do not offer annual returns after a service has been used for more than daysI then offered a free month and to jump on a call to understand the issue at hand and get the application running againWith no response other than insults and profanity, we deleted the Facebook comments and denied Mrs*** a refund and stand by our decision

I feel insulted by this responseYes, things change, but I bought a service that I no longer could use the way I purchased because with the changes, for me to continue to benefit of the service I would have to pay additional feesSo I don't think this change is fairAnd the emails I exchanged made me lose my patience because they weren't helpful at all and the JustUno contact would seem to disregard the difficulties I was having and kept insisting in solutions that weren't solutions or help at allSince I can't use the JustUno services as I ordered and paid for, I think it is just fair that I get my money back for the remaining months I won't be using

We at *** in no way want to insult our customers, however when a correspondence plays out in such a way we have to stand by our policy

A lot of our customers have a similar reaction....at firstOnce they see how much easier this system is to utilize they change their tune and get really excited about how easy it is the design a beautiful overlay!

NOTHING IS WORKING AND I AM LOSING MY *** MIND! The fonts don't scroll down after 16 px, the bad taste "save now" layer can't be deleted, I click on the coupon code tab to add the code, nothing opensit is a NIGHTMARE! I don't have time for this! if you don't give me my money back I will file a complaint with Revdex.comI am so MAD at this point I already posted my deep dislike with *** in Facebook and that is only the startthis upgrade is a downgrade! I am so mad right now!

We would be more then happy to work with Ms*** again and try to resolve the issues that were occurring however we will not be offering any refunds

I don't accept it, as I still think and find the JustUno services changes unacceptableBecause of course there are always changes in things in life, that is normalBut their changes not only made my package purchased not be sufficient to not take advantage of the services without buying additional Aservices, but the new layout is not user friendly and I would have never bought the services if that was the layout I would have to deal with
I do apologize for my language on the emails but I was deeply frustrated with how the new layout was and the lack of real assistance JustUno was providingAs much as they were replying to my emails they weren't really helping me fix the layout issueIt was as a complete waste of time
I am tired of this and I have wasted already too much timeIf JustUno is such a bad company with no commitment to customers, let them be and I will make sure to NOT recommend them to anyone and if anyone asks my opinion about them, I will make sure to speak very badly of themBecause their behavior is not cool!
