I identified myself and he immediately said he would need to call me back he was at work and couldn't speak to me I expressed my frustration that it's convenient that he is not available to talk to me, his customer when I can speak to him This is the third time this has happened He said I was claiming accusations - I have witnesses to how his company representatives treated the situation the night they were to deliver my refrigerator The company that contacts his company to deliver products has followed through, had real professionals show up and deliver my refrigerator without any of the "issues" Justus had at 11:PM 2/11/ They were in and out in minutes without any hassles When I advised whoever it is that continues to answer the phone at Justus that the only thing I wanted as a resolution at this point was funding for the food I lost waiting for their people to show up minutes after they stated they would finally be at my home he said good luck with that and if you pick up when I call back you pick up if you don't oh well but I wasn't going to dictate his time I want $ [redacted] refunded to me for the loss of the additional food that spoiled while I waited for their people to show up Additionally, I want an investigation as to whether or hot he actually possesses a business license and his business address is zoned to operation a businessGiven the lack of customer service skills I have to question if he's operating legally or not I want no further contact with Justus, they continue to make the situation worse, they are to cease and desist all contact at once The only thing I will accept from them is a refund of $ [redacted] in certified funds delivered to my home address Regards, [redacted]

I tried to reach out to customer numerous times concerning her complaint. I have attached a screenshot of me calling customer at the number in the complaint; I’ve left two voicemails with no call back to date. I have no issue in helping the customer out, but If I have no communication
how can I accommodate and with the accusations in complaint I think a conversation is warranted
