Review: I went to my first appointment at Juva Skin and Laser Center back in January. While I was meeting with Dr. K[redacted], I was offered to participate in a study for acne. I agreed to do it and in that same day, I had my first treatment done. I then had to return for two more treatments and after those treatments were over I was told I had to come in for two more follow ups to see how my face was reacting to the study. I went in and met with the administrator of the study, she called me about two weeks later and told me that I didn't have to come in for my last follow up and that we could do it strictly over the phone. She asked me various of different questions and in the end said I would be contacted by the office about my $500 check that I should have received for completing the study. I have been calling this office countless of times and their answer is always "We will get back to you". This is absurd, it is now July and I finished my study back in February. I got off the phone with a woman named Margo who works in the office and she was extremely nasty with me, cut me off in the middle of a sentence and told me that it was now her time to speak and for me to listen. She claims that I never went to my 4th follow up appointment and that they were contacting me for many months so that I could come back in. This was never the case. I just waned to let someone know how these people conduct their business. They hire unprofessional individuals and do not stick to the deal. So now I have to settle with only receiving $325 instead of my $500. Thank you for your time and I hope no one else experiences this.Desired Settlement: I would like for this business to give me the rest of the money that they owe me. It is unfair to me as a patient to be treated in this manner and not receive the total amount that was promised due to their lack of communication within employees.
