In regards to *** *** *** and her complaint of workmanship, lets startwith the facts as to its conditionWe first encountered this vehicle in Snyder,Texas where my business partner Matt P*** met Mrs*** and her daughter.We rented her a Ffor $soo.oo and any damages that may
occur wouldbe her responsibilty / We rented it so they could tow her horse trailer home toWilsonville OregonMy partner then towed said Fback toEugene, Oregon at the cost of $soo.oo The dealer in Snyder, Texas had quotedthem an absurd amount and were dead certain it needed an engine at anoutrageous amount to the tune of approximately 15kWe had disclosed to Mrs.*** that a parts deposit would be necessary before any repairs would commence.She was very aware of the upfront monies as we at that time were a startupbusiness and could not afford to be sitting on a large parts billThe fidings were aruptured oil cooler that had most likely started back in Oregon and proceeded toworsen and worsen over the mile trip to Snyder with trailer in towIt was byfar the worst rupture I have ever seen in over years of automotive repairThemain reason repair took so long or at least a month of it was waiting for funds toclear as Mrs*** is in a financial hardship aka BankruptcyWe recieved the runaround over and over and then were told we couldnt cash her check once werecieved it for another weekThe vehicle had been thru the gauntlet to say theleast and was missing many small but critical items like the stated heat shields forthe EGR cooler, Y-Pipe and it also was missing the heat shield wrap to theInjection pressure regulator and injection pressure sensorWhen Mrs*** wasinformed of this more than once she always said it had to be done on the cheapside which limited us to scavangeing the wrecking yardsThe vehicle went thruthree high pressure oil pumps before it ever even left our shopThe and earlywere and still are notorious for having a weak hydraulic style pumpThe hoseson the truck were filled with an oil like sludge that basicly rendered them uselessand all had to be replacedHere is where Canby Ford is blowing smoke andfudging a bitWe did not use standard OEM spring clamp but the moretraditional hose clamp which is tightened via a screw pulling it tight versus springpressureThis is not the "approved method" by Ford Motor Company andtherefore improperly installedMrs*** was once told the truck was done but itsuffered the 1st high pressure oil pump failure on a final test drive, we informedher and so as not to waste the time and fuel down to EugeneThe only reason theICP "melted" as she states is because of the driving style and maintenance inwhich they useThis is "skinny pedal down" and "extreme exhaust gas
temperatures" not to mention the and early powerstroke 6.ol ICP sensorsare notorious at lasting around yearTo conclude she didn't even bring backwithin month or miles as we informed here so we could inspect for anyworkmanship errors and change her 1st coolant filter outThis voided anywarranty which was also stated to herWe had damages to our Ffrom ablow out they had in Wyoming it required a new bed skin and was $roughly.We did not hold her to it as she was as previously mentioned in a financialhardshipThis letter from the Revdex.com is the first actual corespondence I havepersonally recieved and I know my business partner has some email interactionwith Mrs.***, as for phone calls I am unaware of any attempts by herIf she wasin that dire of a need to get ahold of myself or Matt for that matter she has beenand still is friends with both of us on Facebook, I guess Messenger must not workor a simple post to either one of our walls wouldn't work either "Hey this is ***,please call" Hmmmmm sounds like someone is trying to have deeper pockets footthe billIt is the way of the world nowadays anyway"make someone else pay"Seven or eight months of skinny pedal down and nothing in between from Mrs.***, I call it like I see it and repair multiple trucks daily, weekly, monthly andhave never had a failure of this natureThen again 99.9% of my customers listento my advice and learn their trucks.Jacob O***Co-Owner Juvenile [email protected]

To whom it may concern,
The complaint is fundamentally incomplete and misleadingThe vehicle had an issue with smoking at cold startMr*** was informed of all of the possible causes of the smoking issueNew fuel injectors were recommended, but due to time and financial constraints he decided
on UVC harnesses and a compression test onlyJake ordered new parts and installed them, while Mr*** waitedNew connectors were soldered in and the glow plugs pulled and resistance testedThe glow plugs tested good and after completing the compression test they were reinstalledMr*** was not charged the extra labor for conducting the compression testHe was charged for UVCH installation onlyThe $computer diagnostic test was not chargedMr*** had a replacement glow plug relay which he installed himself
We stayed at the shop until 10:30PM that evening to complete his repairsAfter our 6PM closing time, at about 8PM, Mr*** was offered and accepted a Pepsi and Matt had a beer since it was after hoursWhile he waited for Jake to complete the solder joints on the UVCH connectors.
Mr*** refused a cylinder leakdown test and has not replaced his fuel injectors as recommendedWe are sorry that Mr*** was not happy with the service he received at our shop.
A scanned copy of Mr***'s invoice is attached showing exactly what he was charged and his payment by credit card.
