I found this office to be more like a doctors office. I think they are the oldest of it's type. Within the past 2yrs so many day spas etc. have sprung up offering similar services and that should be monitored more.

I ordered 8 bottles of Juvenon for $199.00. Throughout the advertisement booklet they claimed "risk free order", "At ANY Time for ANY Reason, Get ALL Your Money Back!", "I guarantee it works for you, or it's FREE", "Juvenon works for you or it's FREE". However, when I called the company they said' "guarantee is within 60 days", and would not refund my money.Product_Or_Service: Juvenon capsulesOrder_Number: [redacted]Account_Number: n/aDesired SettlementFull refund of $199 credited to my [redacted] card. If they would like the 6 unused bottles returned, please request a [redacted] call tag, and I will return them.Business Response The corporate office was not informed that a refund was requested - only that auto ship was to be cancelled. We have processed a refund for $199 to the [redacted] ending in [redacted] exp [redacted]. Depending on your bank, please allow 5-7 business days for it to post to your account. Additionally, we have a 60 day Money Back guarantee - you were outside this time period by 15 days...but we are making an exception due to the miscommunication between customer service and the corporate office. You do not have to return the remaining product. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)Thank you, we are happy with this resolution.

Request a full refund of $199.00 due to not being fully satisfied with the product. CEO [redacted] makes the statement in product advertisement and thank you letter ... "that we wantyou to be 100% satisfied."Plus, I ordered from Juvenon's advertising pamphlet - "Reader's Digest - The New Pill That CanEnd Aging" ... and this emphatically states on the last page the following:"Juvenon's Written, No-Quibble Money Back Guarantee For Any Reason, Get All Your Money Back!"And on page 69 of this same pamphlet, it states: "At ANY Time For ANY Reason, Get All Your Money Back!Product_Or_Service: 2/1/2014Order_Number: [redacted]Account_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementPaid $199.00 and would request a full reimbursement.Order information:1) Order#: [redacted]2) Customer#: [redacted]3) Order Date: 2/1/20144) Amount: $199Note: -previously contacted company via email and customer service replied that they would notrefund-contacted Nevada Attorney General but received letter stating consumer protection services are no longer providedBusiness Response Greetings[redacted],We are sorry you are unsatisfied with the product, but as the we previously mentioned, the brochure you purchased the product from for which we have the original printer proof and the enclosures that were in the box with the bottles clearly state in numerous places that our guarantee is for a 60 day period. Even the guarantee you reference on page 69 states it's for 60 day period - you are only citing the headline of the guarantee which ends in a semi-colon which clearly indicates there is more to the sentence than you are stating. In addition, the agent that you spoke to to place your order for which we have a recording also indicated that it was a 60 day guarantee period and you acknowledged that guarantee verbally on the call recording. In addition, your order was placed more than one year ago which is outside the statute of limitations so we would not even be able to issue a refund on your credit card pursuant to credit card regulations. You even acknowledged in one of your responses our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee:"The time you took to reply is appreciated.However, I do respectfully disagree with your further guidance.1) The reading refers to refunds within 60 days. ... it does not specify 60 days after purchase."We are sorry, but we cannot provide a refund. Sincerely,[redacted]Chief Financial OfficerConsumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)My concern with the response is that the vendor and I are looking at the guarantee statement in two different ways.To, me the wording means as stated on the pages referenced in my complaint ... that WHEN thecustomer feels the product is NOT satisfactory ... and reports that to the company ... then the company has 60 days to reimburse the customer.A type of product like Juvenon an anti-aging product certainly needs a longer evaluation/assessment time than 60 days ... to actually feel the differences that your literature states. The human body responds in varying ways ... and it is poor judgement/a bad business protocol ... to just arbitrarily decide that 60 days will make significant changes with your product.The FightFraud,nv.gov states states there are Top 10 scams targeting seniors ... and one of those is fraudulentanti-aging products. I feel your product comes under this category ... since there is money in anti-aging business.Juvenon preys on those wanting to conceal their age in order to participate more fully in social circles and theworkplace.It is in this spirit that many older Americans seek out new treatments and medications to maintain a youthfulappearance, putting them at risk of scammers.If your product is that viable and all that it states, then Juvenon shouldn't hide behind a 60 day testing limitation.In closing, as for the voice recording ... that is another unfortunate tactic for Juvenon to hide behind. With whomever I may have spoken to, all I can say is that I would have interpreted the statement in the same way as I described above.Final Business Response We have a 60 day Money back guarantee - customer thought that the guarantee meant that we would provide a refund within 60 days...which does not make any sense to make a customer wait 60 days for a refund. This order is from over two years ago. All other customers understand that we have a 60 day money back guarantee - nowhere does it state that a customer can return a product after 12 months for a refund. We sincerely apologize, but we must follow all return and refund protocol exactly the same for every customer to ensure consistency.
