He agrees that the floor needs tile replacement. He told me he would not fix the cracked ceiling edges. He told me he has no time now.I have left him a message today telling him that if he refunds me money, I will hire someone else to do proper installation and paint repair. I am awaiting his answer. Review: JV construction was hired to replace a kitchen and dining room floor.. After starting the job, he said I needed a new subflooring to even out the crooked floor. He charged me an additional 1200 dollars, and I agreed.. The floor is still crooked, and several porcelain tiles are coming up. I have tried to contact him on numerous occasions. He answered one time, and said he would come. He also painted the apartment, and many of the ceiling edges are peeling. He does not want to fix any of these problems. He also threw away an expensive silhouette shade, and he was wa s supposed to replace it by last christmasDesired Settlement: Repair floor, ceilings repaint and fix cracked walls, replace silhouette shade with the same shade that I had
