JV Performance Landscape

Review: this is about incomplete landscaping contract which was included the construction of a retention wall with concrete footing and extension of sprinkle and irrigation system . After completion of contract and all payment the sprinkle and irrigation system was not functioning and after I informed the business and try to solve the problem with negotiation and friendly manner and be patient more than 1 month , the owner [redacted] License number 85**70 who promised which will fix the problem since 1 months ago , till now have no plan for repair,and ignore my messages on his cell phone .I am living in the gated community area and the sprinkles was belong to community for landscaping and the plants and tress are drying and I will responsible to loss and damage.Please review and help me to solving this issue.Desired Settlement: he repair and fix the sprinkles and irrigation system as per contract
