Review: The company was hired to exacavate an area of grass in my backyard and pour 4inches of new concrete to make a parking pad, and remove the dirt. Never removed the dirt from my yard. Made multiple attempts to contact the owner for him to come remove the dirt and he would say , he was coming but never came. We had a contract that was not honored.Desired Settlement: Full refund since he did not honor his contract.

Review: Took larger than allowed deposit,failed to do work,stated would refund money has failed to do so

We contacted JVC Milling to do concrete work. He sent an employee to the house to do review job and write contract. Name on his business card and contract signed 2 different names. Contractor requested larger than state required deposit; Then cashed check directly at the bank. work was scheduled to begin on 25 Sept 2013; but was never started. Multiple reasons were given for not starting work;None were weather related. When had a phone conversation with contractor on 3 October he cancelled work;stating he couldn't do it as promised. He stated he would provide me a refund by 5 October by certified mail. Nothing was sent. When questioned again was advised it would be in account on 11 October, When I tried to verify actions to be completed on 10 October was advised he doesn't have refund. now is not returning funds. now is threatening me with slander lawsuits.Desired Settlement: I want my deposit refunded in full no partial payments
