Taken via phone: JVC Sansui America Incspoke to the consumer 12/12/and informed her the parts have been shipped.

I am rejecting this response because:yes, a part was shipped out on the 27th of NovemberThis part was installed into my tvin which it died again on 12/10/ The repair man called to inform me that the part failedI informed JVC of this, and they have sent ANOTHER of the same part to try to fix the tv again! This makes three times the tv has died! Let’s do the mathmy tv was delivered to my house on December 7th it died after weeks, tv went to shop for months, had tv home for months , tv died again , my tv has been in the shop since Aug31,2017!! That makes a total of around weeks my tv was usable! I’m worn out over this whole situation! Do I not get what I paid for? Would anyone else have put up with this? I’m furious! Refund my money or replace my tv!!
