[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I do understand that I didnt see the signs and I was parked illegally but what im not ok with is the fact that at that time he charged me the fee for labor and storage and also towing without my car being taken and then to tell me that I owe dollars and to pay and of course who has that amt of money on them and also I feel like I was extorted out of my money I have talked to many towing companies and they do state that usually a fee will be charge but I feel lke I was overcharged since at that time my car wasnt towed yet or storaged and I asked for the driver to let me see if I can get the money from someone who was with me and he said he will wait five minutes and he took my car even without telling me where he was taking my car so I feel like what kind of business is this .Regards, [redacted]

as stated in the complaint, this vehicle was located on private property of witch, the driver had no permission to be on or use for any amount of time, there are 18xsigns posted giving warning to people not to use this property or the vehicle will be removed, this vehicle was less than feet
away of this posting, regardless of the reason, there is to be no vehicles on this property without prior permission witch is granted from the buisness owner that informs me directly, the vehicle was positioned front facing in, meaning the drive wheels needed to be raised onto doilies in order to safely remove itthis vehicle was removed by a self loading wrecker, meaning, the contact between the tow truck, and the vehicle in tow, is handled via a lift to tire contact only, it takes a matter of seconds to have a car raised into the airtherefore, the statement this person is making about not having the car on the truck is false, I gave this person the option to pay in order to not remove her car for a fee less than the full rate, she stated she didnt have the money and the car was removed, we have had signs posted on this property for over a month and beings she lives directly next door, and has for years, it is impossible for her not to take notice to the warning signs that are posted1, of witch is located at the entrance where this vehicle was positioned, regardless of a buisness being open, closed, under construction, etc, etc, the area of witch it is located is privately owned, insured, and deemed to be used for the purpose of witch the owner alllows it to bein this case, the owner is in the proccess of keeping the property in good standing order and only wants others to respect what is hisif they choose not to, the are warned, via the sign(s), and risk the chance of being towed away, there will be no refund and if found on this property again, will be removed...] again

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:I believe it is painfully clear why a business needs to lie and scam people when the owner of the business cannot correctly use the one word that they choose to use repeatedlyI believe he meant to say "which" rather than the Halloween version of "witch"My car was NOT loaded onto his truck when I approached himThe only point that he began to hook up my car is once I began making a phone call to get money for him due to being unreasonableIf my keys had been in my hand, I could have walked directly from my door and gotten into my vehicle and moved itMaybe my mistake was OFFERING to do so, rather than just doing itThe man operating the truck was rude, abrasive and unreasonable and God willing, is using the money he robs from people to go to grammar schoolIn the meantime, as someone who has parked in the lot for years without a complaint, and who only parked there this year once to avoid her children being soaked due to sharing a property line, AND due to the fact that I offered to resolve the issue before my car was even loaded onto a truck, AND because I am charged for storage of a vehicle that he got about miles from my home before we caught up to him, I am refusing his responseMy next move with be channel

this car was located on private property with 18xsigns posted along with painted stencils on the entrance/exit areathis is a permit parking only area for paying tenants of a apartment buildingthe area has a few bars that patrons of these establishments take it upon themselves to park where
ever the please instead of respecting the property of witch other people ownit is clearly marked as a driver enters this area that the car will b towed if it is unauthorized to be therethis person was at one of these barsthe vehicle was hooked and being removed at the time she approached the drivershe explained she had no money and didnt have any way of getting the funds to payat that time, the vehicle was towed awaythe following day she contacted us to get her car backthere was another job that needed to be done and she was told to meet the driver at a gas station only because of the time table of when our yard closes, of witch she would not have been in time, and the direction of where she was coming from vs the location of where we were headed, would have had us crossing pathstherefore, a agreed point was made, and her car was given backto make it perfectly clear, this car was towed, stored at our impound lot, than again towed to a set point, released, and paid forwe have several contracted parking lots in this area that we handle for property owners for the sole reason of things exactly of this natureof course, every vehicles' owner has a story or excuse as to why they choose to park therethe plain fact is, the areas are posted with signs, along with notifing the local pc of removal of every car/truck we removeif there was something against the law by doing this, it would not be donebeings these parking lots are privatly owned, the police cannot ticket or tow anything from themthe problem is not our company doing a service for the land owners, it is others not respect what is not theres'
