JW Construction

The sub contractor that I hired double charged me for the services he provided . He would not adjust his invoice and I refused to to pay that amount. I offered to pay the amount that he quoted me but he refused.

I am rejecting this response because:I have the attached invoice. JW Construction didn't pay the plumber anything at all. So as to avoid getting hit with a lien, I had to pay them.
