I ordered the product and did not hear from the company for two weeks, and the product was supposed to be delivered in that timeframe I ordered bundles of natural straight virgin hair and a closure on April 23rdI have been waiting to receive my order or get updates on my order status (has it been processed, shipped, delivery time, etc.) but none of these details were provided to meI contacted the company multiple times to get these details and documentation, and the company either does not reply, or gives me roundabout answersI received a shipping information link today, and come to find out, my order has not even shipped yetThe one time the company responded, they told me that's my order had shipped, which was a lieI would like a refund, as I have waited for my order long past the time I was supposed to wait and would rather take my money to another business with better customer service and reliable deliveryI feel like I got scammedThe company has not address

I ordered hair twice, first time great quality,customer service and deliveryThe second time I ordered one product in APRIL 2018, it is not the middle of June and still have yet to receive my productI have contacted the Customer Service and Owner, they or she keeps telling me "it's on the way or has been delivered" The owner first admitted to losing packages so my original tracking number was no longer goodNow they refuse to give me a updated tracking number or proof it has been delivered, without a tracking number or confirmation number I can't give information to the postal serviceThey have failed to respond to my emails or callsI refuse to purchase from them again

Purchased merchandise was told it shipped month slayer still no product
I contacted the owner to check on my order several times by email and was given the run around that was after one month of not receiving my orderI finally received an email giving me a bogus tracking number that never updated for shippingI emailed again only to be given the run around again months later still no product I have asked for a refund no one will respond
