J.W. Kolp Tree Service

Requested an estimate to remove 2 trees from my lot in fall. Come spring I called again to see if the estimate was still valid. He came out again and said yes and then set up an appointment to come 2 days later. I was ready for him and had a cashiers check ready but he never showed or bothered to call me back. 4 days later I still have not heard from him despite leaving messages asking him to call me. I find this very unprofessional behavior.
