Review: I had several issue with a stay at the beginning of the month and spoke with the Marriott and was informed that I would be fully refunded within 5 business day on the 9th of April. However as of today I still haven't been refunded and when I receached out to check the status I didn't receive a response.Desired Settlement: I would like to be fully refunded as promised and possibly a complimentary stay elsewhere due to such an extended period of waiting and having to reach out farther.
