He also apologized that the numerous e-mails were going to an unmonitored mailbox and never made it to the staff member she was trying to reach.? First, I would like to apologize for the General Manager not contacting you; however, he has been out of town on vacation and will not return until next week. 
 
I do understand our Assistant Front Office Manager did reach out to you to personally apologize for this misunderstanding, and we will take steps to see this situation does not recur. 
 
Again, we're terribly sorry we did not make this a memorable experience for you and we hope you will give us a chance to regain your confidence.
