I brought I daughters working computer to them and he said he could fix the screw on bottom of screen that was loose and when got it back screen was cracked and screen is black and white it will not work now she was about to use it before we brought it to him after contacting them about it not working after they broke it he proceeded to tell he can sell me another one for instead of replacing it after all he broke it and cracked screen I would not be filing a complaint but this was my daughters? computer and I don't have that kind of money?
