I filed my 1st claim on 7/14/with the Shell station in Indianapolis on Shadeland AveIt is operated by a foreign national and has same as employees that I spoke with on that day
You sent email stating that I would receive a response back from the proprietor of stationI never rec'd anything and I again filed/called in about not getting any response from himI did call the number given by his attendant in station and asked about being reimbursed and he stated he did not have to because he was an independent owner
I called the Indy Revdex.com again in October to open case again, I was told to contact him again and I did thatI was given the run-around on phone and told it was pendingI went to the station late October and was told to call the owner againI did, and left a message but no return call back yet! The number I called several times is 317-701-per attendant
I called you again today because it was stated last time that he would reimburse the gas difference and also send me a shell gas cardI have not rec'd anything to dateI believe he thinks he does not have to abide by the Shell advertising guidelines as a shell stationI also believe that he thinks he does not have to pay anything back, or that he should follow any guidelines that may come from Indy Revdex.com office

I have talked to a Circle K/Shell rep regarding complaint ID number *** about advertising for the Shell Fuel Rewards Network (FRN) Program He said that he is working with a technician to evaluate and solve the problem In the meantime, the rep's recommendation is to give Mr*** *** *** the fuel discount and to give him an additional $Shell gift card
Can, you please send me the customer's receipt so that I may calculate the discount from his fuel purchase? And then I will send him a check and gift card Our policy in the store is that we try to deal with customers as if they are always right

I have mailed mr. [redacted] $3 cash and$ 25 Shell gift card .but I have not received any response from him after I have talked with him on the phone about his complain and previous letter. can you please verify with him and let me know.

[redacted] P.S. I did sign the USPS special pickup request form to show that I did receive the parcel with contents of the card and $3 cash.

It appears to me, they are just trying to pass it off as not being the false advertsing as I stated to him and you in my initial complaint report. They have not responded willfully.
