Lies, all lies! Beware of this businessAj's Auto Glass promised $as an incentive to replace our windshieldIt never was received & we have called multiple timesBroken promises, lack of integrity, and many excusesSo very sad that human beings choose to act in this manner - they are the ones who have to live with themselvesThe sales girl said that they are receiving many calls from people asking where their money isDoesn't seem it will happenDo not do business with this horrible company - you will be sorry!

The business reply statement as to where they have "attempted" to coordinate repair is misleading due to the fact that the person they chose to do repair is not properly qualified or licensedWe have since sent them estimate(s) from reputable and qualified installers who are able to deal with the complexity of the job, i.epassenger safety airbags and powered sunroofIt is essential to have a qualified technician to install the headliner and to do it with these things in accountIt is a safety issue when working around or with airbags as we were informed by a highly experienced upholstery technician with over 10+ years experienceThe business has suggested replacing only half the headliner as well, which we have been told cannot be doneWe greatly want this issue resolved in a diplomatic and professional fashionWe are doing out part in gathering all of the information and estimates requested by AZ AutoGlass

AJ's Auto Glass received my phone number from a previous replaced windshield company and makes soliciting calls. This is one of many other comapnies that continue to use Name, Vehicle, and phone information distributed to others without consent.

I am well aware of this issue and we have attempted to send the customers vehicle in for repair at our expense. This customer attempted to contact our insurance and unfortunately they denied his claim. We are more than will ing to repair this vehicle if the customer would allow us to.

Terrible company with shady ways of getting your business. I had arizona auto glass "repair" a chip in the windshield at a car wash about 4 years ago. A year later they call to tell me I need a new windshield because the product they used to repair the chip has been recalled. Apparently the stuff they used will expand and cause the windshield to crack. By that time I sold the car so I didn't have too deal with their scams. So for the past 3 years I get calls three times a week from them trying to sell me a windshield. I have told them to take me off there call list but they will not. When you call back it goes straight to a full mailbox so you can't ever leave a message to request to not call anymore. I hope enough people see this and file complaints so they will stop with the scams and telamarketing.

The upholstery installer(s) referred to in previous correspondence were establishment(s) recommended by AZ AutoGlass, to which these establishment indicated that this job would be necessary to sub out to a qualified tech able to accommodate powered sunroofs and air bags. Blizzards Upholstery and Prescott Upholstery stated they would not be willing to do the job due to the complicated nature of the install previously stated. AZ AutoGlass is more than welcome to coordinate repair accordingly. Again, the headliner was in factory condition prior to AZ AutoGlass windshield install(s). We believe that this matter can be handled in a professional manner aside from personal opinions.

Please contact me on my cell ###-###-####. My name is [redacted] I am the owner. I apologize if you feel like you were misled. That coupon offer is a good deal. Especially for someone on a limited income. I will make arrangements to send you the money to cover the fee for registering.

We have made every effort possible to resolve this. This customer is be ing completely unreasonable. He states that he has spoken to an experienced upholstery professional in regards to repairing the headliner however has provided us with only an outrageous quote from a Ford dealership that is trying to charge him for replaceing the whole headliner assembly not just the clothe that was damaged. We have worked directly with his insurance agent to try to resolve this. Even his own agent thinks he is being unreasonable. The headliner was damaged because the customer requested that my installer try to fix an edge of the cloth that was hanging prior to us working on the vehicle. My installer attempted to help by gliding the cloth back to the headliner at which point the glue bled through. We offered to recover it and have been stone walled by this customer every time we provided him with an available option to repair it. We will not be replacing the headliner. But still remain willing to recover it at our expense. We ask that this customer provide an estimate from his upholstery professional to recover it. At which point we will review it and if it is a fair estimate we will pay it. I also request that the customer provide that estimate to the Revdex.com with his responce to this complaint.

Replaced my windshield in 2011 and since that time, I kept getting phone calls at least twice a month, and I ask numerous time to stop calling and until now no luck. The calls are always coming from a 480 phone number and they kept claiming that they are a brand new company.
The only thing I'm asking to have those calls stopped.
