By using that time to work on another car, it makes that time productive and ultimately can be beneficial to the vehicle owner because I can cut them a break on the cost to repair a vehicle. If I wrote this job full price it would add $to the price and by working it through with other jobs we can save that money. I explained all of this to you when we went over the job. I also do not understand why you have stated that it is the customer's responsibility when we have to fix a mistake up. I explained the mistake to you, and told you that you would not be billed for that. I do have a camera in my office, which does audio recording, and I have it all on video. The car is all done and I would like a time to meet up with you on Sunday the 19th so you can look over the car and make sure you approve of all the work before I have it loaded up and delivered to your house. If not, please let me know when would work for you so I can have things lined up and ready for you. I have also attached the paint invoice to show that the redo work we did was not billed to you as proof.
