This company called me about making arrangements to pay an old bill. The rep asked me to confirm my personal information. About an hour after the phone call I received a notice that my credit report has been pulled, a hard inquiry without my consent. Upon further review, this company has pulled my report twice in the last 60 days. I did not authorize this.

I have also contacted our vendor Experian customer care who gave me information regarding the Credit Retrieval protocols, guidelines and the specific rights we have as their client. I am also waiting to hear confirmation back from our account executive on any more feedback and details that would be helpful in our response to the consumers statement and concerns. Please be assure that the above concern will be handled swiftly and professionally.
