to the front of his car, he was paying out of pocket for this.3.       When vehicle was ready and owner came in to pick up. At this time he went on to ask about getting a discount on the agreed price for the repairs. I continued to tell him that we had an agreed price and that was the price we were charging. He did not want to pay the price. After twenty minutes of him trying to haggle over the price he paid the full amount.4.       After two weeks the owner returned and told me and said we had damaged his left front fender. Clearly to our inspection and the angle of the scratch it was due to a stone from the road. Initially I had denied the damage as being from the shop. He continued to push the issue. So to be fair I told him that I would write an estimate of repairs and split the cost with him 50/50. He agreed to the repair. At this time I pointed out other dents to this left front fender. He stated he knows every scratch on his car. He did not know these dents were there till I showed them to him.5.       At this point we fixed the fender and he picked it up. He also pointed out some rough paint from previous repairs we did on his right bumper next to the wheel well. I  buffed it out for him. At this point when picking up he pointed to damages that were on the rear of the bumper cover in an area we did not fix. I told him at this point that they were there when he dropped the car off. He was right there pointing to the rear cover at the time off drop off so I assumed he saw the rear cover damage. So at pickup he says now we damaged the rear cover. At this point I told him we did not damage it and that we were finished with him and that we were not going to fix this. I told him that we were finished with all the free work that we were going to do for him. This seems to be the way it has been from the beginning.
