nothing was wrong.  The Town Inspector advised, he excused himself due to a lost cell phone.  I can prove he never contacted me. John choose to lie again rather than come clean and apologize for dismissing County Code Enforcement and Homeowner's urgency pleas for months.  I remain in a less favorable position than before contracting with this company.  John refused to refund my money, and rejected this claim process, which only serves to further validate customer complaint issues.Sincerely,[redacted]
