Sorry for the delayed response, but we unfortunately did not receive the first letter. Our goal is always to provide the best service to our customers that we can since we opened in 1969. We also value our Revdex.com rating very much. We would like the opportunity for Mr*** to
speak with *** *** (Service Director) and *** Nielsen (Owner) to set up an appointment where he can bring his ATV back for us to evaluate. If the work we performed did not correct the problem, we would like the opportunity to correct the issue at no cost to Mr*** and give him an in-store credit for the $205.89. If upon examination of the unit, and the grinding is caused by a separate issue, we would apply the $towards the additional repair that will be needed to correct the grinding
