Customer has contacted us previously on this and we have responded and explained he does not have receipt nor did he purchase item in question Customer states item was purchased in garden center which our policies are clearly stated on the receipt that a receipt must be presented for any exchanges, returns, or refunds Customer even states he does NOT have receipt, even states he did not purchase the item himself Even without a receipt for a item he did not purchase our garden center stepped outside of policy and did go ahead and send a replacement pack of seeds to the customer for a item he did not purchaseWhen customer received seed stated it was too late to plant, we advised seed could be planted early fall, also advised how to store seed so it can be used for next springCustomer still wants a refund but yet again states he does not have receipt as he did not purchase the seed Again we feel we already have went above and beyond and we don't know of any businesses where you can get a refund for a item you did not purchase Again customer stated he did NOT purchase the seeds from us, his friend did Therefore there was no money transaction from this customer to Jung seed so we received no money from this customer But yet we still did replace the product for him which we feel is much more than any other business would do for someone that purchased nothing from them
