My name is Deanna and I am the secretary here at JWP Auto sales, LLCWe received a letter from you regarding ID # ***.My boss gave me a letter to email you regarding his responseJWP Enterprise doesn't sell cars and did not sell her a carShe did purchase car from JWP Auto Sales
and signed all forms.3.As she stated boyfriend came to my office with a tireHe stated it was on the car and was worn on the inside.I replaced all tires at my cost.4.She had a focus before and was aware of vibration as she said her other one did the same thing.5.I could go on and on I only sold her the car as a courtesy to her grandmother who is a wonderful ladyWhen they came to look for a car she was very disrespectful to her grandmother and was screaming at her that she needed a car nowThe grandmother gave her the down payment.6.The car was returned months later not runningThe mechanic diagnosed a broken flywheel I had it replaced for herI asked her is she had done any maintenance on the car since they put 9,miles in month and she stated they had never even did an oil change ( You are supposed to get an oil change every 3,miles) Boyfriend is not a mechanic he worked at *** and was firedI've been working and selling cars for over 30yrs and I don't call myself a mechanicHe is arrogant and at one point even told me to I repaired the car again this last time and than gave her the title and told her to never returnI forgave her the balance that was still owed on the car in the amount of $I have sold 1,000's of cars over the years and I have always worked with my customers to keep them on the roadWe have a lot of repeat customers because they wont go anywhere elseI know when someone abuses the vehicle which is what the boyfriend of our customer was doing.So there is his response to the letter we receivedIf you have any more questions you may email me back.Thanks DeannaJWP Auto Sales,LLC*** *** ***
