This customer is aware that this is a program that is still in sessionWe have addressed these issues with him and he is aware that results are dependent on individual actionHe is also aware that many of the program features are ongoing throughout the week session and that is it unreasonable to request a refund until the program is complete. The customer should be prepared to at least finish the program before making any definitive statements or actions about results as well

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The business is right about the class is still in session, but my complaint is about the ongoing cost of participating in the class that requires additional money besides the $6000 invested initially.  We were told, and I have the video clip to prove it, we would have no further cost during the course and we would get funding for our campaigns from the free traffic the company generates, not from us being required to pay for more traffic out of pocket to run our campaigns.$6000 is 3 months pay for me and I cannot afford to spend additional money to attend the classes when I was specifically told we would not have to.  That is in another screenshot I sent if you would like to see it again.  The screenshot I  have attached says we would be provided traffic from the company "every day 24 hours per day for 8 weeks." That screenshot came from the company, not me.  The second screenshot shows my last 7 days from the company... 10 visits, not thousands like they promised.  Basically no traffic, and no conversions.  No conversions since we began the class the first week in February.All I'm asking for is a refund of my $6000 and I will move on.  If not, we will have to take it further. I have a form for the San Diego, CA Attorney Generals office next to ask for further investigation of this company. It is attached and we can take it further, or my refund can be provided.
