We used this company for both our photo booth and DJ for our wedding. The company incorrectly spelled my name on ALL of the printed pictures that were being used as our favors and guest book. Two days prior to the wedding I had a face to face meeting asking to see the format and the company said "it was all set". Since my name was spelled correctly in our contract, online log in, and in my email address I didn't think they could possibly make such a careless mistake. In addition to this, we also had issues with the DJ service. Our contract specified we would receive 2 DJs and without any explanation on the day of the wedding only 1 DJ was present.Product_Or_Service: photo booth (rental) & DJDesired SettlementI would like a full refund on the photo booth service, $899.00, and $199.00. As for the second DJ that was never present, I would like a 50% refund. The total cost for this service was $1099.00. Although, we were given a $398.00 discount at the contract signing, (their website list prices were quoted at $2197.00), the total dollar amount we ended up paying for both services was $1799.00. The total refund I am expecting is $1298.00. The signed contract can be provided if necessary.
