Review: On 8/**15 we leased 2 Hyundai elantra from Jyd Auto leasing . We have not received license plates for the vehicles it has been over 30 days . We can not drive the 2 vehicles without them . I have called them several times and was told someone will call me back . Noone has till 9/**/15 still without an answer. I have also leased a pathfinder from them on 8/** never received a receipt for the $3000 trade in & it was never taken off my invoice . Called the dealership where Jyd purchased it from & they had no knowledge of the trade in . When I finally spoke with a manager on 9/** he had no knowledge of the problem I am having he had the salesman call who was blaming the dealership . He told me he would call back in an hour & now it's the next day & still haven't heard from him . I have written down times & dates on every call I made to Jyd & the salesman .Desired Settlement: License plates for the 2 elantra & receipt of the trade in for $3000.00 either a new contract with the $3000 taken off or a cashier check for that amount also my license plate for the pathfinder either before or when the transit plate expires .

Review: I leased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited through JYD Auto Leasing & Sales. I was promised delivery on 3/**/2015 and was told to have my $3000 money order/bank check ready upon delivery. However, the car was not ready until 3/**/2015 and told it couldnt be delivered but rather picked up in during rainy conditions. I'd asked for the car to be fully inspected which JYD proceeded to tell me that the vehicle was in perfect condition. After 2 days of rain on the 1st sunny day I had the car washed and noticed the drivers door, gas cap door, and both front & rear bumpers were a different color shade then the rest of the vehicle. Note: I have supporting pictures for both day of pickup and 2 days later. I contacted JYD immediately who informed me that they would rectify the issue by getting a replacement vehicle or refunding my $3000 downpayment, repairing the car and getting me out of that lease when possible. In a months timeframe, I've had the car inpected by a third party who confirmed the vehicle was visably altered and should not have been sold as a new car but rather refurbished. But mind you I paid 3000 downpayment and 390 a month which is the price for a NEW vehicle. I've wasted over a month contacting JYD, being bounced between the car dealership, on the phone with Jeep corporate. The dealership stated I should receive a refund as did JYD. However, I have yet to recieve any coorperation or follow up. I missed multiple days of work and have yet to enjoy this car in over a month while in my possession. Clearly this is shady business practice where the business has no regard for the consumer's money or product. This is a $41,000 that I'm embarrassed to drive due to the visable eye-sore of an issue.Desired Settlement: $3000 downpayment plus any monthly payments of $390 incurred and the termination of the 39 month lease
