I Bought a vacation package with JZ vacations, that includes Orlando, Cruise to Bahamas and Miami, the customer care is good, the hotels in Orlando and Miami are nice and clean, the best of all the theme parks in Orlando and days in Bahamas cruise (I recommend) I took this vacation with my wife and had a very pleasant time

I had a great experience with the company, very kind and professional people, I positively recommend it to my friends and family, really amazing experience, thanks very much....

JZ Vacations is a wonderful travel agency. Usually these things are complicated and have alot of unnecessary conditions, while JZ is simple and really gets you what you want. I could only imagine the kind of person you would have to be to have a problem with the. I'v e been embarrassed by making the mistake before of not reading the fine print or not completely understanding what happens. It even happened to me with JZ, but the person who attended me was ever so kind and polite in pointing out my mistake. Honestly, I have never had such a pleasure buying something before! From the politeness of the people I talked with to the cheap prices which made my jaw drop, they're really incredible. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw all these those things so cheap. In fact, I had my son call first to make sure it wasn't some kind of joke! Really, if it weren't for JZ, the most exciting part of summer vacation would have been sleeping in! I would recommend everyone to use JZ, for I know I will. Any chance I get, be it a long weekend or any sort of breaks the 'working world' has, I'll book with these guys. And don't even get me started about summer! 2 thumbs all the way up.

bought a package on June 2nd,first thing I was looking was transportation to parks,because I was in a flight,they had that package,when I call the hotel they book me that was not true,has to buy transportacion extra,so I cancel,today almost 3 monts,haven't received my money back from them

It was such a pleasant experience to travel Orlando, FL. We stayed 5 nights in queen sized double bedroom with TV and internet access. The facilities we got were top class. It was really an exciting & memorable holiday tour of our life.
